What is PSG?
Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG), a joint initiative by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Enterprise Singapore, supports companies that are keen on adopting IT solutions such as sales CRM, to enhance their business processes. Who is eligible for the PSG grant?
PSG is available to
- Your company must be registered and operating in Singapore.
- Your company must have at least 30% local shareholding.
- Your company’s group annual sales turnover must not exceed S$100 million, or employment size must not exceed 200 workers.
- Your company must use the subscribed IT Solution in Singapore.
- You must not have made any payments or deposits for the IT solution before submitting the grant application.
- Your company must not be a Charity, IPC, Religious organisation, VWO, Government agency/subsidiary, or Society.
How many PSG grants can a business entity apply for?
Companies can apply for more than one PSG grant depending on their business needs. However, support under PSG is for one package per solution category per deployment location.
Can a company submit concurrent applications?
Yes, you can submit concurrent applications.
How long does the PSG grant application process take?
Each company supported by PSG is subject to an annual grant cap of S$ 30,000 for supported solutions. This starts on 1st April and ends on 31 March the following year.
What is the processing time for applications?
After submission of the required information, PSG grant applications are processed within 4-6 weeks.
How will the PSG disbursement take place?
PSG-approved amount will be credited directly to the company’s designated bank account via Corporate PayNow or GIRO.
Can we purchase the solution or start work before filing for PSG Grant?
No. Your grant application will be rejected if you have signed the quote, made payment to a vendor or have started any work on the project before you file for the grant.
Do we need to wait for grant approval before we start work on the project?
No. If you wish, you can sign a quote, make the advance payment to the PSG pre-approved vendor, and start work after you have submitted your grant application. However, you run the risk in case the grant is not approved for any reason.
